Our team of experienced and professional designers utilise the latest photo-real quality Computer Aided Design system and PowerPoint presentations. This enables you, our customer, to see accurately how your new room will look once installed.  We employ both male and female designers, should you have a preference.

Initially, our designer will visit your home and take all the measurements needed to design a layout. They'll talk with you about your tastes, likes, dislikes, lifestyle and requirements to get a feel for the kind of room you want to achieve. You may have very definite ideas, or you may be looking for inspiration. Either way, our designer will help in any way they can.

Back in the showroom, the designer creates a layout on our 3D colour computer system, based on your specific measurements and initial discussions. You can then experiment with different layouts, options and styles to see what suits you best and you can view all of this while sitting in our demonstration area, while viewing your plans on our plasma screens.

You may wish to organise installation yourself... but you will need to manage a team of fitters, plumbers, tilers, joiners, electricians and plasterers!

For customers who use our installation service, our Installation Director Andy Houston will control all aspects of the installation.

We undertake the complete job - including any plumbing, tiling, plastering, joinery, electrics and, where required, minor or major building works. We take care of everything involved in providing you with your new room.

To give you total peace of mind, we are more than happy to arrange for you to visit a previous customer so you can view their completed room installation.

Is my money safe?

For your peace of mind we offer additional protection for our customers, in the form of ConsumerCare Plus.

The insurance protects you against the following on Contracts with a Contract Price of up to £75,000 where the KBSA Member fails to carry out and complete the Installation due to Ceasing to Trade (except for small excesses which you will have to pay):

  • Deposit Payment Cover up to 25% of the Contract Price where the deposit was paid up to 6 months prior to installation
  • Warranty Cover for faulty workmanship up to 100% of Contract Price for a period of 6 years from completion of the Installation

This insurance cover is totally free of charge.
